WHAT WE HANDLE

PADCC through the Philippine Agribusiness Lands Investments Center (ABLIC) collaborates with the private sector and the donor community in undertaking capacity building programs and enterprise development to manage and sustain viable operations of organizations and businesses in identified agribusiness lands, strategic alliances towards establishing strong farm-firm linkages, and marketing assistance and facilitation services in order to create a new class of farmers and fisherfolk – agri- entrepreneurs.

As an agribusiness arm of the Department of Agriculture for the past five (5) years, PADCC manages the Biofuels Feedstock Program as well as the Philippine Agribusiness Center (PAC), which encompasses the Agri Exports Trade Showroom of the Agribusiness Lands Investment Center (recently this project was turn-over to the DA Agribusiness and Marketing Assistance Center), the Corporate Rice Farming Program (CRFP) Project in Pikit, North Cotabato, and the National Convergence Initiative. The said projects have already gained notable accomplishments, and have contributed in making a mark for the Department.
